Treasure Talks Podcast

Thank you for visiting Granny's page. This page will be dedicated to information concerning the "Treasure Talks with Granny" series that she and I are conducting. I will chime in periodically with thoughts and comments about each recording session and/or Granny memories/stories.

Getting to know our family- JIm

This week Granny, Chris, and I took a field trip to the Wyandotte Street Fair instead of recording a new episode, so I will take this time to upload some of my interview with my brother JIm from 4th of July weekend. We talk memories of growing up across the street from Granny and Grandpa, as well life in Faith In God (and Wyandotte.) Also sitting in on the interview was my good friend Jay Fant (the cook from Granny's 90th birthday party.)

Episode 4: Coat of Many Colors

Me, Terey, Granny, and Chris after the recording.

For this week's episode we explore the story of Joeseph and Jacob (the coat of many colors story) with special guest (not quest) Terey!  As always we have family stories, laughter, and a whole lot of love.

Episode 3: Prodical Son

A little late on this one, sorry. We are back with the third episode and this time we tackle the story of the Prodigal  Son, questions from the family to Granny, and more.

Episode 2: The Belly of the Whale

In this episode we discuss our weekly triumphs, some fun uber-facts (although we go off the rails a bit in that section), the biblical story of Jonah and the Whale, and more... We are still finding our groove with this project, thank you for your patience, support, and feedback to let us know what you are liking (or not liking.) Love you.

The 1st ever episode of the Podcast

June 11th 2015, Granny, Chris, and I sat down and recorded the first episode of the Treasure Talks podcast series. We are working out the kinks, but I think this was a fun conversation. We discuss my interview with Monica from her house, weekly triumphs, a parable of the week, Granny's thoughts on the 90th birthday party, Chris' future plans, and much more. I have the abbreviated version of my interview with Monica here as well (a big thank you to her for being the first to do it.) Enjoy! Feel free to leave comments/questions/suggestions. We love communicating with friends and family.
